LE SERUM REPULPANT: On perfectly cleansed skin, place a few drops of serum in the palm of your hands. Lightly warm the texture, then pat it onto the face and neck, concentrating on areas lacking firmness.

LA CREME JEUNESSE REDENSIFIANTE: Take a dab of cream and warm it between your fingers. Spread gently over face and neck in upward movements to smooth features and stimulate microcirculation. For customized comfort, mix a few drops of serum with the cream before application.

Repetition: the ritual of champions!
As we all know, water helps hydrate our body, but what we don't know as well is that fruits and vegetables hydrate us the most!
However, drinking water remains essential to our well-being and is part of our primary needs.

So which water to drink?
If you choose to drink bottled water, choose spring water rather than mineral water, as the minerals contained in the latter are not bioavailable and the body will have to use the kidneys to eliminate them. In order to verify the mineral content, make sure to check the "dry residue rate" at 180°C. This must be less than 150 mg/l, if it exceeds 300 mg/l, the water is mineralized, and in this case the water consumed will not ensure its role of "cleansing" (elimination of waste). The PH is also important, it must be slightly acid, that is to say lower than 7.

These conditions being respected, water will be able to ensure its role of "catalyst" in many biochemical reactions. And the icing on the cake... the vitamins, minerals and trace elements contained in the food will be perfectly assimilated!

How to consume our water?
In order to optimize the properties of cleansing, assimilation, catalysis and hydration, it is preferable to drink small quantities but very often. To drink small sips of water throughout the day, choose a water bottle with a spout or a straw in your glass. The large glass of water swallowed in one gulp will deprive you of all those precious benefits. Go easy on tea, coffee and alcohol because they dehydrate!

When is the best time to drink?
In the morning on an empty stomach, and outside of meals throughout the day... that is, 30 to 45 minutes before the meal and 2 hours after the last bite!
