APPLICATION

Apply morning and night to clean skin using upward circular motions on your face, then massage from décolleté to neck.

For more hydration, consider combining it with the Plumping Serum.

Avoid contact with the eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clear water.

Calcium: an asset for your health
Our bodies are made up of 2% Calcium, the most abundant trace element in our bodies. Calcium is a major constituent of bones, helping to maintain the skeleton and prevent osteoporosis. It is also involved in muscle contraction, blood coagulation and nerve impulse transmission.

It is found in almonds, sesame seeds (tahini), cruciferous vegetables (green leafy vegetables), legumes, tinned sardines, dried figs... contrary to popular belief, the calcium contained in milk is difficult to assimilate; it is an acidifier that can lead to demineralization!

Vitamin D stimulates the binding of calcium, so take daily sunbaths. Under the effect of UV rays, our skin synthesizes Vitamin D, which enables it to bind calcium and phosphorus.
