APPLICATION

Place a pearl of eye care on your fingertips morning and evening. Apply to the entire eye contour without forgetting the upper eyelid.

Do not hesitate to tap the eye contour area to boost microcirculation and promote radiance.

Avoid contact with the eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clear water.

The eyes: a doorway to your inner state!
Magnesium is the reference trace element for overwork, temporary fatigue, disturbed sleep, difficulty concentrating... ailments that immediately affect the eyes and the sensitive skin around the eyes.

Deficiencies are insidious and frequent, from teenagers to pregnant women, from athletes to the elderly - we're all affected to a greater or lesser extent!

High consumption of coffee, alcohol or diuretics only accentuates the deficiency. Not to mention the excessive use of industrial products often depleted in minerals and trace elements.

To make up for this lack, there's the famous dark chocolate: at least 80%, and yes, the more cocoa there is, the richer it is in magnesium! Don't hesitate to include oilseeds in your diet too: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, cashew nuts, but also dried fruits, which provide an ideal complement.
